Experience the many health benefits of this gentle exercise/”meditation in motion” while enjoying the fresh ocean air and the gorgeous coastal scenery!

The style taught by Dr. Troy Smith is a culmination of 18 years of Tai Chi practice, based on several versions of Yang Family Tai Chi, integrating Taoist meditations and Dr. Smith’s chiropractic perspective on joint health.
